As promised, today I’m going to cover a few aspects of staying fit and eating well. If you are having trouble staying fit then this post is for you. Since there is a great coherence between body and mind, we need to take care of our body on our journey to optimize our productivity.

You’ll find out exactly how important it is to take care of your body specifically in relation to your performance and productivity throughout this post. I will also share with you some tips and techniques to help you keep your body healthy.

One of the most important aspects of having a healthy body is nutrition. It depends on several things:

  1. meat consumption
  2. 2. nutritional values in your meals
  3. 3. how and when you eat your meals
  4. 4. balanced diet

Let’s start directly with the first thing. Meat of course contains nutrients that the human body needs, but sometimes there is too much of a good thing and so it is with meat. If you know about yourself that you eat a lot of meat then you should set yourself the goal to eat less meat. Of course it also depends on the quality of the meat. I recommend meat from the butcher and not from the supermarket and also not every day. If you take all these aspects of meat consumption into account, you will have a good meat consumption.

The most important thing in terms of nutrition is probably the nutritional values in your respective meals. I’m not saying you can’t eat more unhealthy foods, you just need to have the right balance between healthy and unhealthy. I understand completely that you also want to treat yourself to something unhealthy. Eat enough fresh fruits and vegetables and pay special attention to where the products come from and buy, because an apple full of pesticides is certainly not very healthy.

How and when should you eat your meals? This is also an important thing when it comes to nutrition. I recommend that you prepare your meals and eat them when you plan to eat them. With careful planning you can make sure that you cook something healthy. In addition, cravings can be avoided because you can no longer convince yourself that you would rather eat the pack of chips than cook something healthy now.

As I said before, a healthy balance between healthy food and unhealthy food is very important. You can do so many diets or pick the best time to fast if you eat shit when you eat.

While we’re on the subject of diets and fasting, it’s important to note that malnutrition is probably one of the most common types of malnutrition: Malnutrition is probably the unhealthiest of all ways to eat.

Basically, you should also not drink alcohol or take other addictive substances such as drugs or cigarettes to you. I’m not going to elaborate on this because it should be clear to everyone that everything I’ve listed is bad for your body.

Drink a lot of water. Your body is 70% water and yet you need to stay hydrated all the time. If you are interested in the scientific background, look it up on google.

One study recommends being outside for at least 150 minutes a week. I can totally agree with that. If you don’t exercise, get out in the fresh air and sunshine for at least 30 minutes a day. It’s also good for your mental health.

I have mentioned many aspects of how you can do good to your body as such. But I have already emphasized the coherence between body and mind, and of course this applies to both. That means if you do something good for your mind you also do something good for your body.

I have already mentioned in many posts how you can ensure a clear mind and a good psyche, but I summarize it here again well:

  1. meditate
  2. educate yourself
  3. get clear about yourself (write a journal)

Education simply helps you in every area of your life and is therefore highly recommended.

I hope I could help you with this post and wish you a nice Sunday.
